The starting base pay for this role is between $140,000 and $200,000 with a total earnings potential of up to $220,000, including bonus potential.

In this leadership (team management) role, Associate Director, Commercial Data, Reporting and Sales Analytics, you will be responsible for building, maintaining and improving the sales reporting and analytics capabilities for specific CooperSurgical businesses.

You will be responsible for leveraging commercial data, developing insightful reports, and providing actionable sales analytics to drive strategic decision-making and improve overall sales performance.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

In addition, you will execute high-impact projects that leverage data to drive business decisions and growth.

You will design and implement complex analytical models, develop descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions, and provide strategic insights that influence key business strategies.

As a senior team member, you will mentor junior colleagues, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead initiatives to advance the organization's analytical capabilities.

This role will be based on-site at either our Trumbull, CT or Livingston, NJ locations.
