What You Will Do

Lead the brands administration including support the brand team in developing and executing elements of the marketing plan, market sales and share analysis, execute packaging artwork process and advertising and tracking budget spend.

As a strong performing ABM, you will be able to work independently and adjust as you work through assigned tasks whilst receiving direction, support and coaching in your role.

You will also build and harness the power of a cross functional team to align behind objectives and win within the market to deliver sales, share and profit targets.This will require:

Key Responsibilities

Growth Planning and Innovation

• Active participant in growth planning process and franchise growth squads

• Lead/assist in NPI charter stage gates, execution and post launch analysis

• Lead/support in commercial innovation projects

Strategy & Execution

• Assist in market execution from development of integrated plans, creative development and briefing

• Assist in delivery of digital first, shopper and HCP programs

• Link to online/offline store

• Lead development of trade key visuals and POS

• Lead ecommerce implementation

Financials and BPR

• Assist/support requirements to feed into latest estimate and target setting

• Lead market share and penetration analysis

Other

• BME management flagging any risks and opportunities to team

• Critical Compliance and NPD in market implementation support

• Support packaging design and execution including briefing and internal process management

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Commerce/Marketing/Science/Arts

• Post graduate degree in a business discipline highly regarded

• Commercial experience would be highly regarded

• FMCG marketing background preferred and ready to develop and set you up for long term career success.
