About the role  

This role is about achieving sales growth across multiple markets through project pipeline identification, quotation and delivery.

It involves driving sales and enhancing customer experience through leading  a team responsible for providing accurate, timely, and market-relevant quotations.

The role also includes project management from project pipeline identification to quotation and order fulfilment, collaborating  with various stakeholders including customers, sales, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Additionally, it involves strategic collaboration with the General Manager of Sales in New Zealand for business development across the following market segments - Infrastructure, Plumbing, Electrical, Rural, Hardware.

This role is based at the Marley NZ - Manurewa office.

What will you do?


* Proactive Identification and management of project pipeline 


* Co ordination of project quotation and delivery  


* Managing accurate and timely quoting.


* Leading and developing the team.


* Conducting market analysis including pricing and total cost assessments.


* Overseeing reporting and analysis for quote and project effectiveness, as well as team performance.

About you    


* 8-10 years’ experience with a minimum of 3 years in management/leadership roles .


* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate both internally and externally


* Competent to bring together the stakeholders


* Experience operating within an ERP system and proficient in data base software including excel


* Experience with Customer Relationship Management software and familiarity with the construction industry is desirable
