Position Summary

This position supports internal and external communications for the Executive Vice President (EVP), Innovative Medicine, R&D, Johnson & Johnson and the global Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine R&D organization.

Reporting to the Global Communications Leader, R&D and External Innovation, this critical role will lead the execution of coordinated internal and external communications strategies for Innovative Medicine R&D, reinforcing the company’s narrative of leading where medicine is going.

In addition, this professional will supervise a direct report and work in close partnership with the J&J Innovative Medicine R&D Strategy, Portfolio & Operations (SP&O) team to ensure planning and execution of major events, including Leader meetings, Town Halls and critical external forums.

They will work in partnership with Therapeutic Area Communication Leaders (TACLs), driving unified portfolio storytelling.

This role can be based in Spring House, PA, Titusville, NJ or New Brunswick, NJ.
