Position Overview:
The Director, Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) - TAH will be the global leader of the $1 billion Topical Absorbable Hemostats portfolio, inclusive of the SURGICEL family, INTERCEED, and Surgifoam brands globally.

The Director will own the strategy, execution and global deployment of these critical brands that make up >50% of the global Biosurgery business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly engaged, motivated, and collaborative team to drive the ambition of the full Biosurgery portfolio.  A learning and growth mindset and desire to develop business insight and knowledge in a complex portfolio is essential to succeed in this role.

The Director, GSM Biosurgery TAH will have key responsibilities for:


* Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration: Engage with regional and country leaders to ensure alignment and execution of biosurgery commercial strategies that align with global growth objectives as well as portfolio optimization efforts.
