Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Associate Director, PMO (Hybrid) – Shockwave to join our team located in Santa Clara, CA.

Fueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments.

Ready to join a team that’s pioneering the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease.

Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.

Position Overview

Responsible for overseeing a portfolio of digital transformation projects, prioritizing initiatives, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Essential Job Functions


* Proven experience managing complex digital transformation projects, ideally with a focus on cloud technologies, data analytics, or other relevant digital initiatives.


* Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.


* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.


* Deep understanding of agile methodologies and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.


* Proficiency in project management tools and reporting software.


* Experience in change management practices to support successful adoption of new digital solutions.


* Strong analytical skills to identify trends, assess project performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements


* BS/BA in science, engineering or business administration or equivalent combination of education and work experience.


* 12+ years of project management experience.


* Experience with and/or certified in Lean Six Sigma techniques to improve work processes.


* Project Management specific training and/or certification preferred.
