Dealer Development Administrator

Overview

Stewart & Stevenson is Now Hiring a Dealer Development Administrator at 1631 Chalk Hill Road Dallas, TX 75212.

Responsible for the development, administration and maintenance of Company’s Business Partner Dealers, while supporting the administrative requirements of the Dealer Development Team.

Responsibilities



* Perform all Dealer Development administrative duties including the monitoring of all active business partner dealers signed by the Company.


* Communicate with designated Business Partners representatives (Allison Transmission, MTU, Detroit Diesel Corporation, Isuzu, Volvo Penta and Deutz Engine) as needed to maintain Dealer’s relationship with Company.


* Coordinate all dealer requirements and performance results with Company’s Dealer Development staff.

Includes the coordination of annual Dealer evaluations and agreement renewal processes.


* Oversee and maintain Company and Dealer employee access processes from business partners for Internet websites including new access requests, password assistance/resets, and access terminations.


* Coordinate product license and service fees for all business partners.

Includes but not limited to; Allison E-learn, Isuzu diagnostic tools and publication fees, Deutz Serdia and CSF fees, Daimler Arc, G2, and DDDL, and MTU tokens.


* Coordinate business partner tooling for new dealers and any newly required tooling.


* Interact with Dealer’s management and staff, as needed, to fulfill Dealer’s obligations under their Dealer Agreement(s).


* Interface with other departments, including Service, Parts, AP/AR and Purchasing as needed to support Dealer activities.


* Interface with Company’s executive management as needed to execute all required Dealer paperwork.


* Expedite the resolution of Dealer problems, issues or complaints.


* Provide management and business partner representatives with oral and written reports as needed on Dealer issues, interests, performance and sales history.


* Conduct all business transactions in an ethical and professional manner.

Education:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) and two to four years related experience.

Skills & Abilities:

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Oracle and Decisiv enterprise systems.

Power BI and Sharepoint knowledge preferred.
