Business Development Specialist
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $72,800-$109,200.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is within the US Home & Distribution Business Unit and is accountable for converting and driving sales growth with electrical contractors in the residential and light commercial markets through the wholesale distribution channel.
The successful person will be responsible for the sale and promotion of our residential and light commercial electrical distribution products by leading and deploying the Square D Mobile Innovation Trailer at designated wholesale locations.
This person will be responsible for working with the Schneider / Square D sales offices and channel management team to deploy the trailer event at 10 to 12 wholesale locations and/or electrical contractor business locations per month.
