We have a skilled unit, a long-term care unit, a dementia unit, and a behavioral unit to offer an appropriate setting for our residents.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, energetic CNAs to complete our outstanding team.

Shifts: FULL TIME

6am-2pm Morning Shift

2pm-10pm Evening Shift

10pm-6am NOC Shift

Requirements:

Arizona CNA license

Level one Fingerprint card

CPR

Job Duties:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, activities, and socialization

Documenting care provided

Obtaining and recording vital signs

Identifying and communicating changes with nursing

Anticipating a safe and caring living environment

Providing respect and dignity to our residents
