Position Summary

Responsible for independently applying advanced scheduling and planning techniques and analysis within a project environment.

Primary Responsibilities



* Perform all aspects of planning/scheduling



* Monitor job progress according to schedules



* Coordinate with material expediters concerning critical items of supply



* Participation in expenditure forecasts



* Perform schedule analysis



* Coordinate PM activities to production requirements



* Schedule Maintenance in a way that minimizes equipment downtime and impact on production



* Create maintenance schedules & generate work orders



* Maintain parts inventory



* Create procedural manuals that explain how to do certain tasks



* Estimate costs of labor & parts for industrial equipment



* Adjust schedules to account for emergency work



* Assist & support Maintenance Manager



* Serve as a liaison between maintenance & operations



* Maintain records & files essential to maintenance management



* Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors and external vendors



* Prepare preventative maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization's maintenance goals

Qualifications



* Minimum 4 years i ndustrial construction/maintenance industry experience (if no school)



* User of SAP, P3 & or P6, Microsoft Projects



* Capable of building large outage schedules, maintaining schedules and producing reports



* Assist/ lead cost analyzes, resource loading and projecting.



* Capable of leading outage meeting updates



* Good communication skills - verbal and written
