* 2 Years of working in a manufacturing environment


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Proficient with Microsoft office, including Outlook, Excel, etc.


* Experience with SAP or similar ERP System


* Motivated to lead and team driven

This position will lead production team members through the manufacturing process.

Some activities would include assisting and leading team members through processes of locating, handling, grinding, pickling, and shearing titanium.

Position Duties:


* Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.


* Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production process


* Confer with other departments and shifts to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.


* Maintain flow and throughput by operating machines or changing out machines and conducting other various production duties


* Assist supervisor with work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
