Role reports to: Business Technology Leader - Central Europe

Location: Prague, CZ

Travel %: 10%

What you will do

This role participates in balancing business needs with IT standards by performing requirement analysis and business risk assessments, and it consults with business partners to understand, determine and shape how to support the business through the effective use of technology.

Further it manages strategic relationships with partners (who may be in I/T or the business) by representing and promoting I/T capabilities and acting as an expert resource for business leaders in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) area.

Key Responsibilities:


* Strategic focus: Implement and adopt IT strategies aligned with Kenvues Objectives and Key Results, focusing on the Central Europe cluster.


* Collaboration with Peers: Work closely with peers in other IT functions to ensure alignment of global and regional IT initiatives with overall business goals and to leverage synergies across different markets and business functions.


* Business Partnering: Partner with Business to gain an understanding of needs, create business cases and shape E2E solutions that deliver a return on their invest.


* Project Management: Lead IT projects, from inception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


* Operating Model: Follow the Tech & Data operating model and ensure Kenvue Competitiveness through seeking cost and continuos process improvements .


* Application Support: Ensure the smooth operation of business-critical applications and ERP systems, coordinating with global and regional IT teams for major upgrades and implementations.


* Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact between the IT department and business stakeholders, ensuring that IT services meet business needs E2E.
