This position reports into Retail Excellence Direction and is based at Mexico City.

What you will do

Lead the shopper journey strategy to maximize the reach of potential category buyers in e-Commerce with each brand combination.

Specifically for Pure Players in MX (CO will be Deliver o Demand)

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, executing and tracking the e-Commerce Shopper Strategy with Pure Players and Deliver on Demand Customers

• Bring to life the e-Shopper Marketing Strategy transforming insights into effective commercial actions.

• Integrate Brand Strategy, e-Category Visioning, Distribution and Trade & Shopper Understanding into e-Commerce Strategy

• Define and execute Activation Plan and Key programs while optimizing CIW & BME investment.

• Secure Customer closeness to drive Outside in focus on Brand Activation

• Secure Precision in execution at all trade activations

• Connect Local Brand Squad with e-Sales Team

• Lead Commercial Innovation, by securing pipeline development within channel needs and brand strategy

• Develop Special activation programs to further increase growth in e-Commerce

• Integrate and Prioritize RMN planning, execution and tracking by Brand / Media / Shopper / Customers to deliver sustainable and profitable growth and maximizing investment

• Guarantee Online Perfect Store execution by connecting with regional and local teams to ensure the best assets are built for each initiative and executed timely and effectively

• Strategize the best commercial strategy for Deliver on Demand Customers and build a Joint Business Plan with them to ensure Win-Win relationships.

• Advise Online Strategies for Brick and Click and B2B Customers enhancing capability and execution for O2O Key Account Managers

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years in shopper marketing, sales, marketing or related fields
