Commis Chef | Part Time Position

Are you passionate about food and ready to grow your culinary career in one of Sydney’s most iconic locations? Join our friendly team at Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour as a Part-time Commis Chef.

You’ll work closely with our Director of Food & Beverage, Lynn, who’s committed to mentoring and developing talented chefs.

You’ll help deliver consistently high-quality dishes for La Bella Restaurant, Room Service, and Conference & Events, especially focusing on our renowned breakfast offering.

What we’re looking for:


* Experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally in a hotel


* Full Australian work rights

* Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays


* High standards in hygiene, grooming, and presentation
