Position Overview

Working in a fast-paced environment and matrixed organization, the Lead Analyst will provide support and analysis to business partners with ongoing exposure to high-levels of management within the Finance and Global Legal Organization.

This role will work cross-functionally to compile and account for large volumes of data, with materiality of  ~$800MM, ensuring communication and visibility to the expense during critical close and forecast periods.

This individual will perform quarterly closings and business forecast updates, variance analysis, and be responsible for ensuring that compliance requirements are met.    They will own the preparation and presentation of forecast updates and quarterly results packages and coordinating with affiliate companies to align on inter-company budgets and cross-charges.  The individual will also participate in and lead ad-hoc projects and support systems implementations.   

Key Responsibilities:


* Independently lead the quarterly legal charge out process and proactively drive process improvements and automation while effectively managing complexity


* Proactively and independently develop enhanced reporting to provide increased transparency and insightful analytics to the Legal and Finance Leadership Teams, including EC Members


* Independently Lead the Business Plan and Forecast processes for areas of responsibility while effectively managing complexity in a matrixed organization
