The Opportunity
* Provide daily support to application users related to Laserfiche, and Optum.
* Respond to customer requests/issues in a timely manner and within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines of the department.
* Escalate and interact with other Information Systems departments or external vendors to ensure timely resolution of application related problems.
* Follow procedures of incident escalation.
Send notification to leadership team when appropriate.
* Document, track, and update tickets of user requests/issues in ServiceNow - VERA (IT Tracking system).
* Enhance application documentation as required.
* Participate in special projects as assigned.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Required Experience and Competencies
* Two (2) years of customer service experience required.
* Experience documenting operational procedures and working with end users to resolve problems required.
* Associate degree or Certification in Computer Technology or related field preferred.
* Excellent customer service and relationship management experience.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Listening ability and patience.
* Must have good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
* Ability to work independently.
