AI in Operations Strategy and Transformation Office - AI Program Manager - Vice President

The AI in Operations program consists of Domain Product teams owning expansion of common capabilities and of the Strategy and Transformation Office, driving the Scaling and Reimagination teams, executive reporting and strategic direction into new Domains and Capabilities.

Working closely with AI teams across the firm, the program ensures efficient, thoughtful, innovative use of AI solutions across the Operations space.

The newly formed Transformation Office functions as a strategic accelerator driving strategy and execution of AI initiatives, with a focus of leading and accelerating the implementation of the AI in Operations program and providing standardization and transparency into Operations AI use cases across the firm.

Given the importance and scale of this transformation, as part of this role you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our most senior leaders across the business.

As a Program Manager within the AI in Operations Transformation Office, you will lead complex projects and programs to drive the AI in Operations program towards its strategic goals and impact AI and Operations teams across the firm.

Your experience in program management of leading program offices and broad understanding of the AI space will enable you to develop strategic plans and ensure the program meets internal and external requirements.

Adept navigation through ambiguity, adaptation to change, and leveraging of advanced analytical reasoning and influencing skills are essential for driving mutually beneficial outcomes.

Job responsibilities:


* Support the AI in Operations program roadmap including partnering across AI in Operations teams to advance and mature the program's direction, strategy design, and governance


* Own the creation and management of program governance including engagement with senior-level stakeholders to communicate firmwide accomplishments and drive decision making


* Maintain and monitor list of key program-level dependencies including across application groups and proactively track through to completion


* Own, prepare materials, and lead key stakeholder and senior leadership meetings and updates


* Own change management for key stakeholders including program updates and trainings for teams across the program


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI in Operations teams, AI teams across the firm, and Operations teams across the firm.

Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive leadership.
