As a Vice President of Experience Design in Trust & Security, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our products and services.
Leveraging your deep knowledge of design and research practices, you will lead strategically important initiatives and develop innovative solutions that align with business requirements and user needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide and mentor junior designers, and foster a culture of inclusivity and accessibility to ensure our offerings are visually appealing and user-friendly.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute design/research strategies for complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
* Diagram service flows and product features, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints.
* Drive the adoption of inclusive design practices and accessibility guidelines, mentoring junior designers and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into product development processes.
* Analyze market trends, gather feedback from user research, and learn from data insights to inform design decisions.
* Utilize Design Thinking/ Human-Centered Design methodologies and practices to help align work across the organization.
Facilitate partners across multiple parts of the company and job categories.
* Develop innovative strategies to enhance customer safety in an environment of continuously evolving fraud and scams.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in user experience design or similar roles.
* Ability to create visual representations of user journeys, such as storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes.
* Experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines, incorporating diverse perspectives into design solutions.
* Proven ability to develop experiences that meet or exceed initial proposals, including transformational innovation strategies.
* Advanced technical literacy, understanding client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and their impact on user experience.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Experience in Service Design
* Knowledge of Trust, Security, Identity and Authentication
