Position: Vice President - Human Resources

Pay: Based On Experience

NHC Corporate Office, located in Murfreesboro, TN, is looking to hire a VP of Human Resources.

The VP of Human Resources is responsible for directing the human resources functions of the company in accordance with the policies and practices of NHC and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of government organizations and other regulatory authorities.

The position is also responsible for strategic human resources planning to position NHC as the employer of choice within the sub-acute health care industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:


* Ten to fifteen years of related health care-related human resources experience.


* Minimum of ten years of leadership experience in human resources.


* Human Resources-related certification required.


* Be able to work accurately with pressures of deadlines and interruptions while at the same time being well organized, persistent and working as a team player.


* Be able to be an effective listener and problem solver of partner issues.


* Bachelor's degree required, master's degree a plus.
