The Lead Financial Analyst, Global Development Consolidations is responsible for financial forecasting and reporting for the Innovative Medicine R&D Global Development organization.

This role partners across Finance and GD to deliver on all major forecast and close deliverables, as well as to provide ad hoc and project support.

Key Responsibilities:


* Leads financial forecasting for all labor resources across the Innovative Medicine Global Development organization


* Provides guidance and leadership to GD Functional analysts for all forecast, latest thinking, and close cycles


* Consolidates quarterly results and Functional Budget vs.

Actual reporting packages to inform business partners on performance, identify risks and opportunities


* Supports team of 1 SFA and 1 co-op direct reports to provide functional budget and financial business partner support


* Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team
