Job Description:

We are currently searching for the best talent for the Senior Manager, Global Neuroscience Communications to join our team in Titusville or Raritan, New Jersey.

Purpose: Responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies and public affairs plans for the Neuroscience Therapeutic Area (TA) following Johnson & Johnson's acquisition of Intra-Cellular Therapies (ITCI).

Responsibilities include implementing disease awareness and market shaping campaigns, supporting newly acquired pipeline assets, driving regulatory and data communications activities for in line and pipeline assets, ensuring flawless collaboration with global and regional partners, encouraging strong engagement across key audiences, and optimally positioning J&J as a leader in neuroscience.

The Senior Manager will serve as a strategic communications partner to TA colleagues across R&D and the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO) and work closely with the U.S.

Commercial Communications Lead for ITCI.

You will be responsible for:

Market Shaping and Launch Readiness: Lead and deploy comprehensive communications plans to help shape the market and ensure launch readiness for CAPLYTA as an adjunctive therapy in major depressive disorder (aMDD), working with global commercial colleagues and regional communications leaders to ensure consistent and compelling programming around the world.

Data and Regulatory Milestone Support: Lead strategies and communications activities in support of key data readouts, regulatory submissions and approvals, and disease awareness observances for portfolio programs.

Collaborate closely with regional communicators to ensure global approach to messaging and programming.

External Positioning: Develop creative and engaging materials that support the overall TA story and drive external interest in the organization, including compelling messaging, enhanced content for Company websites, dynamic internal and external presentations, and materials for use in ongoing recruiting efforts.
