Job Description:

As Digital Technology Lead within our Synthetics Development team and play a pivotal role in reshaping how we develop small molecule medicine & therapies by leveraging digital technologies.

As digital technology lead you closely interact with our scientists & engineers and together with our synthetics AI and digital solution leads, you are the digital transformation engine that will translate scientific opportunities in the into the innovative digital solutions that will reshape how we develop and scale new synthetic therapies from lab to plant.

As a digital technology lead, you start from the scientific challenge i.e.

‘the what’ and not the exact technical tooling on how to achieve that “the how’.

Your role therefore is focused on finding the correct technology architecture across the Synthetic Development ecosystem on a functional level.

This role should be able to provide the “what” and first iteration of the “how”.

You will bridge our scientific initiatives with technology partners such as IT and Data Integration (DIPT) and together with our technology partners, you will drive the design and implementation of new groundbreaking synthetic R&D platforms & digital solutions, facilitating data access, providing advanced analytics & visualization solutions and harnessing the power of in silico models, machine learning (ML), and (generative) artificial intelligence (AI) across the organization.

To do so, you start from the scientific business objectives and not the technology solutions and are strongly integrated to our synthetic labs & plants.
