This position reports to the Manager Customer Service and will be located in Markham, Canada .

Role reports to: Manager Customer Service

Location: Markham, Canada

What you will do

The Logistics Service Analyst will manage a retail customer portfolio end-to end (E2E) from order receipt to deduction resolution, including resolving service issues.

Leading with a continuous improvement mindset and collaborative approach, the Logistics Service Analyst will identify opportunities to deliver joint value to our retail customer partners.

Key Responsibilities:


* Own the daily customer management from order receipt to deduction resolution, partnering with distribution, transportation and customer development to resolve service issues.


* Identify and eliminate persistent process and systemic issues increasing order efficiency, and product availability to deliver against our OTIF-D (on-time in full at delivery) target.


* Leverage customer data in SAP, High Radius, Tableau, Power BI or in other Kenvue systems, to identify continuous improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve the customer experience.


* Drive an industry leading customer experience by building and maintaining relationships with the customer through proactive, timely communication.


* Collaborate with the internal partners, including, Transportation, Distribution, Ecosystems, Supply Chain and Customer Development preventing non-compliance deductions and achieving cash flow targets.
