What you will do

India is one of Kenvue's fastest-growing markets, contributing significantly to Asia-Pacific's $3.1B regional revenue.

With a strong presence across urban and rural markets, and rising demand for trusted health products, India is strategically vital.

The Head of People for you'll be a strategic business partner to the India leadership team, responsible for driving:

- Talent strategy & workforce planning

- Leadership development & succession

- Culture-building in a post-spin, high-performance environment

- Change management and integration with global systems"

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development in alignment with the company's goals and values

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of HR professionals to drive organizational success and employee engagement

• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute HR initiatives that support business growth and foster a positive work culture

• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace environment

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies

• Lead and drive the HR function in employee relations by ensuring accurate interpretation and administration of HR policies and programs

• Develop and oversee the implementation of HR plans and programs focused on organizational design, development, and change

• Provide coaching to managers and employees on a wide range of human capital issues

• Create and implement structures and strategies to enhance individual and organizational performance to achieve organizational goals

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new HR initiatives
