Position Overview: As the Senior Manager of Portfolio Transformation Program within our APAC Regional MedTech Surgery Transformation PMO team for EndoMech and Energy, you will play a critical role in leading the evolution of our portfolio while shaping and executing our transformation strategy within a dynamic environment.

Your leadership will influence cross-functional teams and guide strategic initiatives that align local market execution with global capabilities.

The Portfolio Transformation Senior Manager will lead and coordinate all strategic initiatives related to the EndoMech and Energy platform transformation and will be responsible for simplifying the way we work and streamlining our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities include reducing portfolio complexity, driving improved efficiency, improved financial performance and unlocking opportunities for future growth for J&J MedTech.
