Your Responsibilities:


* Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor and document resident progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team


* Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards


* Provide emotional support to residents and their families

Qualifications:


* Current California LVN license (or pending license if newly graduated)


* CPR certification


* A passion for caring for the elderly and vulnerable populations


* Strong teamwork and communication skills
