PAY: From $37 per hour + / DOE

Duties:


* Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.


* Conduct therapy sessions with patients, focusing on activities of daily living.


* Monitor and document patient progress and report to the supervising Occupational Therapist.


* Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies.


* Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.

Qualifications:


* Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.


* Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.


* Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
