As the Planning Supervisor, you will be responsible for demand planning, forecasting and customer care for select clients.

The annual salary range for this role is $78,408 - 87,121.

GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California.

This rate may be modified in the future.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Lead/direct all support functions of the distribution center, quality/continuous improvement, inventory management, data research and operational planning


* Support Operations teams to ensure service level standards are met; adhere to all contractual obligations and ensure client compliance


* Research and plan inbound and/or outbound loads


* Identify growth opportunities with current customers by promoting enhanced services and/or cost savings to the customer; partner with site leadership in all customer visits, conference calls and problem-solving efforts


* Handle costs, mitigate risks and create value for the customer to achieve net revenue and operating income goals


* Track, record and maintain quality data; monitor operations and quality processes, and troubleshoot issues


* Maintain cycle count program, meet SLA standards and provide results to customer


* Identify and deploy cost-saving initiatives through standardized improvement processes for the facility


* Handle all direct reports, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, setting expectations, training and development, conducting performance reviews, etc.
