L2 Technical Support Engineer - PP & PS

Delivering technical support to field team on various LV & MV products and solutions

On-site intervention for complex technical issues

Issue analysis and to lead technical discussions with customers on resolution and root cause analysis

Competency management of direct and partner engineers for LV & MV domain

Work with Manufacturing, domain expert technical teams, Engineering, R&D and global teams on technical subjects

Product lifecycle management for LV & MV products

Key Technical Expert for identified accounts

Make sure that safety guidelines and execution discipline is adhered to.

Build and share best practices with the global ecosystem.

Conduct regular trainings for L1 engineer and work with regional team in developing the competency on existing and new products.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent

Minimum 10 years of hands on experience on LV & MV domain

Field Experience on LV & MV products

Experience of handling Data Centre, IT, Industry customer segment

Experience in Datacenter software would be a plus

Knowledge of Electricals (Breaker, Contactors, Relays, VFD..

etc)

Knowledge on Industrial communication (Modbus, serial..

etc)
