Method Engineer

Key Responsibilities



* Provide adaption and evolution processes and manufacturing work situation for existing products by improving the industrial performance


* Represent Method engineering function within the manufacturing SIM


* Ensure the implementation of the SPS principles & implement methods & tools 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, MPH, respecting Safety, Ergonomic + Environment rules


* Manage the capacities adaptation with the dedicated tools: CAMA


* Lead the process improvement for machine, process & workstation.


* Write operator work instructions for training


* Contribute to the development of new products (process feasibility).


* Study the feasibility & profitability of investment adapted to the needs.


* To perform and coordinate the implementation of KANBAN in Cell line, and support the Implementation in WH
