Senior Accounting Coordinator

BASIC FUNCTION

Bulk automated invoicing for all product warehouses.

Job includes month end receivables reconciliations and monthly account reconciliations, outgoing freight reconciliation and allocation and KPI's for volume throughput.

Filtering and responding to the accounts receivable inbox for distribution resolution where applicable.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.

Invoices for product shipments from all US warehouses daily for previous day business and submissions of invoices on various platforms.

2.

Assist with daily, monthly and quarterly reconciliations and clean up including credit memo/invoice offsets.
3.

Backup to the Accounts Receivable Analyst for credit card processing.
4.

Responsible for the cash refunds and customer freight adjustments as needed.

5.

Prepares weekly KPI's as assigned.

6.

Support department with audits

7.

Provide backup research packets as requested

8.

Provide copies of invoices and credits as requested

9.

Scrub the aging for offsets

10.

Research of unclaimed property.

RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS

Works closely with Customer Service at TDW on routine Customer Issues.

Will work closely with the inside customers for problem resolution on reconciliations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

1.

A minimum 1 year work experience, Associate degree preferred.
2.

Excellent Excel and PDF Creator skills required.
3.

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

4.

Ability to exercise tact and discretion when handling confidential information is a requirement.
5.

Intermediate computers skills required to allow for independent research of payment discrepancies for accurate cash application.

6.

Must be organized and a self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
