Digital/Recurring Services Business Development Leader

Mission

• Drive Recurring & digital services business development and performance in the EAJ/Pacific Zone through Services organization or other BUs

• Drive transformation in the country across all streams (marketing, sales, tendering, Execution, Customer success management)

Key responsibilities

• Drive the DS business and recurring development, within organization (Greenfield, Partners, ...)

• Understand recurring business roadblock for each country and drive action plans to solve them

• Drive SCALE meetings (transformation call) and act upon agreed actions

• Coordinate/close the loop between all streams (ensure Tendering, execution and CSM efficiency + marketing) to ensure successful transformation

• Drive Capex to Opex to Recurring transformation

• Share best practices from other countries globally

• Stay in close contact to customers needs & gather country feedbacks to challenge offer development team for offer improvement

• Support the deployment of new processes and adoption of new offers (ESP, Ecocare)

• Organize and animate digital and recurring offer trainings

• Reconciliate Performance (YoY ARR, track/capture/renew), build and drive action plans accordingly

Profile / skills

• Bachelor's degree necessary

• Sales experience or marketing/transformation experience along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in services.

• Previous experience in OPS, as well as a People manager is an advantage

• Strong leadership by influence skills

• Accountable, strategic/disruptive and proactive mindset

• Ability to adapt and perform in a fast moving and often-changing environment

• Strong knowledge of SE Ecostruxure Digital Offers & service plans

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Education & Skills :

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Soft Skills :

Strong Leadership, Team Management & Sales Skills.
