LPN - Internal Medicine/Pediatrics

Join the Internal Medicine/Pediatrics team as a WA State Credentialed LPN at Ridgefield and Salmon Creek!

Responsibilities include rooming patients, coordinating patient care, returning patient calls, notifying patients of doctor's recommendations refilling prescriptions per protocol, administering injections as ordered by clinician.

To be successful in this role you must enjoy working with children, have the ability to work well with others as part of a cohesive team, and be able to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule isMonday through Friday, 7:45am to 4:45pm.

Hiring range is between $26.67-$33.44/hour and placement in the range is dependent on evaluation of experience.

Requirements:


* Active unencumbered Washington LPN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required ( active Washington license within 60 days of hire or transfer if use multi-state licensure required ).


* Current Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.


* Reliable and predictable attendance


* Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred

Pay Range:
$26.80 - $37.52

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked.

Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.

Employees will also enjoy up to six paid holidays per year, depending on schedule.
