Outside Golf Operations, Part Time

The Outside Golf Operations will be responsible for the proactive maintenance and operations of the range and short game area.

 

Position Responsibilities:


* Complete the daily setup and opening of the range, as well as the closing and securing of training facilities at the end of the day


* Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of all equipment to ensure optimal functionality


* the clearing of the range, including the collection of golf balls


* Treat all students, guests, and staff with exceptional guest services


* Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times


* Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes


* Other duties as assigned including staff training.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


* High School degree or equivalent


* Basic knowledge of golf course procedures


* Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record


* Present a positive, professional image


* Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills


* Reliable and predictable attendance


* Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions


* Follow safety practices and recognizing hazards
