Lead Web Developer

Kroger's Offers/Loyalty engineering team is looking for an experienced software engineer who will lead a team building UI apps for internal Kroger users.

Ideally, someone with ecommerce and loyalty experience.

This person will be working on Kroger's Offers engineering team, which is responsible for our loyalty program.

Every single coupon from setup, to execution, to redemption/billing goes through the Offers teams.

Every time a customer checks out in-store or online, that transaction goes through our team as we calculate and apply the discounts.

Accountable for proactively leading or supporting software engineering activities that create deliverables that guide the direction, development, and delivery of software solutions that meet business needs.

Provide leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design tasks required to deliver critical business solutions.

Develop target-state guidance (i.e., reusable standards, design patterns, guidelines, individual parts, and configurations) to evolve the organization's development process.
