Sales Coordinator

Position Summary:  

Sales Coordinators (internally known as Recruiting Coordinators) are the first point of contact for our student-athletes and their families, introducing them to the recruiting process and identifying those committed to playing at the next level.

In this full-time, entry-level sales position, you will make high-volume outbound calls to educate families on our services and schedule appointments with Senior Sales Specialists.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a competitive mindset and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.

On average, first-year earnings for Sales Coordinators meeting performance expectations earn between $41,000 to $50,000.

This is a combination of base salary + sales based incentives.

Position Responsibilities:


* Make 80-100+ lead-generated dials daily from 8:30 am - 6 pm (your local time)


* Participate in sales team meetings and conduct client follow ups via video


* Utilize CRM and sales tools to track interactions and manage outreach effectively


* Meet and/or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals that impact your earnings


* Schedule appointments with senior sales to further evaluate needs

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


* Six months of professional work or internship experience


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals


* Flexibility to work some nights/weekends


* Basic understanding of sports and college recruiting landscape

 

Preferred Skills:


* Minimum of six months of sales experience, particularly in a high call volume sales environment


* Prior experience in sports, either as a collegiate athlete or coach.


* Experience with Salesforce Lightening


* Bilingual in Spanish preferred
