Job Description:

We are searching the best talent for Sales Manager to be in Panama City, Panama.

Purpose: The goal of this role is to lead the sales team in the execution of the Therapeutic sales plan for the assigned Portfolio.

Provides leadership, guidance and customer product expertise to the sales team focused on demand generation.

Main Responsibilities:


* Meets or exceeds established sales goals through the implementation of sales activities.

Also, as CVT member contribute and support strategy development.


* Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.


* Works closely with marketing and access to implement monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan.


* Establishes team and individual sales goals and provides effective coaching of sales representatives to consistently improve their performance.

- Ensures sales activities are in compliance with local (per country) and company regulations, policies and procedures.


* Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and sales on both a group and individual level.


* Prepares and controls sale representatives execution budget (micromarketing); Assists sales representatives with questions and supports customers requiring additional assistance.

- Interviews, hires, trains and evaluates the performance of sales representatives.


* Administers promotions and incentives and provides motivation as needed to sales representatives.


* Establishes and tracks metrics (KPI's, dashboards, etc.) to assess initiative performance - As a CVT member, contributes and provides information to CVT and management regarding probability of sales, emerging customer issues, and competitor data as observed in area of responsibility


* Maintains the highest standards of ethics, quality, compliance and accountability; acts in accordance with the J&J Credo to create a supportive environment for others to report potentially unethical or noncompliant activity, ensuring employee ownership for compliance and quality Optional: - Demonstrated track record in pharmaceutical, leading and developing sales teams.
