Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr.

Administrative Assistant to support our Global Medical Organization team located in Horsham, PA.

   

Per our J&J flex policy, the expectation for this position is to work in the office 3-4 days per week and work from home 1-2 days per week.

The Sr.

Administrative Assistant requires independent analysis of administrative responsibilities basing best course of action on situations while prioritizing demands in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  Maintains performance standards to cascade with goals and objectives of company-wide leadership standards as established in the Johnson & Johnson Credo Standards of Excellence.  Communicates and secures sensitive and confidential information.  May provide direction, coordination, and training to develop work procedures to streamline processes within the department or assist with other support to personnel.

Coordination of Departmental Activities across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:


* Organization and coordination of internal and external company meetings.


* Provide assistance in securing a location/conference room, ensuring it is equipped with necessary hardware - Responsible for assistance with formulation, recording and distribution of meeting agendas and minutes


* Coordination and order placement for any meal requirements during “meetings” as provisioned by management authority


* Coordinates the request of all computer hardware, software and telecom services as necessary for newly hired employees and maintains records needed for upgrading hardware


* Manages proper asset distribution in regard to supplying newly hired, transferred or existing staff with proper and sufficient supplies


* Organizes travel/conference accommodations


* Prepares and provides detailed expense summaries and relevant documentation to track monthly, quarterly or yearly expenses for the department.


* Prepares and distributes incoming and outgoing reports/correspondence


* Monitors/tracks of PO’s, invoices and reports


* Coordinates recognition and rewards as approved by management
