Head of HPD & Medical CSO

Description

• Develop and implement business development strategy and plans for hospital channel partners
• Lead the team to engage and educate different level of partners in the medical area.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the professionalism of the channel team.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and market share in the healthcare industry
• Manage and achieve the target for the Medical CSO business.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with key decision makers to cultivate strong relationships and partnerships
• Manage departmental budget and cost control policies to ensure financial objectives are met
• Resolve complex problems and customer relationships in a timely and effective manner
• Participate in business planning sessions to establish tactical plans for achieving organizational goals
• Lead and mentor a hospital channel team to achieve business goals and targets

• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in healthcare industry sales or related field
• University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Proven track record of leading a successful sales team in Pharm industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively engage and motivate staff
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business data and make informed decisions
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive continuous improvement in professional development initiatives
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies
