What will you do

The Global Innovation Lead is responsible for leading the Anti-Aging pillar & Clinic Equity for Dr.

CI: Labo.

Create and execute a comprehensive AA pillar strategy that disrupts the category and truly makes DCL a leader in AA Derma.

Build, Galvanize and create virality of DCL as a Clinic level brand that truly delivers clinic level solutions across the portfolio and across touch points.

Key Responsibilities

• AA Pillar Lead :

o The Anti-Aging category is the largest and fastest growing category in skin care and derma skin.

In this competitive market create and execute a disruptive strategy that creates a unique positioning for DCL - from innovation, Communication Go to Market , Pricing ,Competition Superiority, formats, delivery systems etc

o Lead and work closely the X-functional upstream teams to create and execute World class innovations from scratch.

o Partner with Countries to identify opportunities and issues and create actions to win Market share.

o Own end to end platform delivery from Innovation to Top line to execution.

• Equity Lead:

o Build a brand platform that truly differentiates DCL as Clinic Level Brand from Strategy to Design Land Communication Language

o Execute the strategy across touch points from Communication,, packaging, Influencer marketing, HCP Partnerships, Point of Sale, Owned and Earned media

o Drive Always on virality of the brand via social, e-comm and influencer partnerships.

o Partner with X- functional teams (HCP, Influencer marketing teams, R&D) and countries to execute with excellence.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Proven Track record of Turnaround or Turbocharging brands in Asia with a focus on China & Japan

• At least 10 years of experience in Skin care, beauty or medical aesthetics

• Strong Skills in Strategy, Communication and Innovation Development

• Operated successfully in a matrix environment and led X-functional teams.
