What You Will Do:


* Act as Finance Business Partner to the Poland / Baltics Commercial Director and Leadership Team: be their co-pilot challenging business decisions from a finance point of view and balancing short-term profit needs with sustainable long-term growth.


* Be responsible for the financial steering, reporting and planning of the Poland / Baltics commercial business.


* Provide Commercial Director and LT with relevant financial information, drivers of variance and insights into future impacts in order to allow forward-looking decision making.


* Oversee and steer the entire Poland / Baltics Commercial P&L including NTS, Gross Margin, BME and SG&A.


* Provide detailed analysis on the Gross to Net (CIW) spending and profitability of products and customers.


* Provide finance leadership on ad hoc projects and perform financial evaluations for investment plans and business cases to achieve financial transparency and mitigation of risk.


* Oversee rebate and trade promo accruals and financial compliance for Poland / Baltics


* Ensure compliance with the Kenvue and local regulations and drive accountability throughout the organization.


* Support and coordinate PwC and GAA audits for Poland / Baltics Commercial business.


* Partner closely with Sales Operations, the CE Finance team and all relevant shared service teams .


* Serve as Statutory Director for the Poland Legal Entity, representing Finance in the Board of management.


* Back-up for the CZ/HU/SK Finance Lead

What We Are Looking For:

Required Experiences


* University Degree in Business/Economics or similar (University/University of Applied Sciences) and proven career track record in Finance / Controlling (>10 years of service)


* Exceptional Finance Business Partnering skills including strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and eagerness to take initiative.
