This position reports into Director, Digital Capability for Operations and is based at one of the Kenvue office locations in India, Brazil, or Czech Republic.

What you will do

The Senior Manager, Procurement Capability Owner will be responsible for leading the Procurement Transformation Program, driving the strategic advancement of digital capabilities within the procurement function over a three-year term.

This role will develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap to modernize procurement operations, enhance digital maturity, and drive operational excellence.

Working closely with key stakeholders, the incumbent will identify opportunities, define requirements, and build business cases to implement transformative digital solutions.

Leading a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, this individual will oversee the development and deployment of procurement-focused digital capabilities, ensuring seamless integration into the broader supply chain ecosystem.

Additionally, this role will optimize business processes, establish a sustainable support framework, and foster user adoption to maximize value realization.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in procurement, supply chain management, digital transformation, and process optimization, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Procurement Digital Transformation: Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap to enhance procurement digital capabilities, aligning with enterprise-wide transformation goals.

Drive modernization efforts to improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation within procurement operations.

• Capability Implementation and Optimization: Oversee the development and deployment of digital procurement solutions in partnership with Product Owners, IT, and cross-functional business teams.

Continuously evaluate procurement capability maturity and refine strategies to maximize business impact.
