What you will do

Key Responsibilities

• Leading plant quality assurance to ensure quality & compliance, relevant regulations, standard and validation are in place, and support supply chain on time.

• Manage QC laboratory including Analytical Laboratory, Microbiological Laboratory, and Packaging Inspection Laboratory to ensure the quality of both incoming materials, in process and finished goods.

• Develop an effective Q&C organization support both manufacturing and quality system.

• Improve productivity and work efficacy, including implementation of cost improvement program and reduce non-value-added activities to shorten the end-to-end supply chain.

• Partner and collaborate with Technical, Operations, Supply chain, Regional and affiliate QA, and other business partners to achieve desired outcome.

• Ensure compliance of manufacturing plants to Quality Policy, Enterprise standards, GMP, appropriate regulatory authority and other quality & compliance standard requirements.

• Ensure timely and accurate results of material, in-process, and Finished Goods testing as per applicable standards and regulatory requirements.

• Lead Quality initiative for the roll out, implementation and ensure deliverables meet target timely & effectively.

• Support NPD/NPI/CIP/FFP project to deliver FPO (e.g.

risk assessment, process trial, validation and laboratory-related).

• Build a high-performance team with high morale, supportive of one another in achieving team goals; in tune with the Company's objectives.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• More than 10 years professional experience, including manufacturing, QC/QA, technical, project management and cost improvement.

• Experience in bio-equivalence study of drug product business, chemical & polymer additives, and consumer FMCG industries.
