Job Title: SPM Analyst
We are looking for a Strategic Portfolio Management Analyst to provide vital insights that shape and drive our portfolio management strategies.
In this role, you will utilize your analytical skills to interpret data, deliver actionable recommendations, and support our organization in making strategic investment decisions that align with our business objectives.
Your analysis will guide the optimization of our portfolio, helping us identify and prioritize initiatives that enhance overall value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Portfolio Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of the company's project portfolio, identifying trends and insights that inform strategic prioritization, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
• Portfolio Optimization: Develop models and dashboards that provide strategic recommendations for optimizing project investments, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Reporting & Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and data visualizations using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, strategy, and project management, to ensure portfolio alignment with the broader business strategy.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance portfolio management processes and workflows, ensuring accurate data and quality metrics for informed decision-making.
• Project Management Support: Support strategic portfolio projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required.
A master's degree is preferred.
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in portfolio management analysis or strategic business analysis, ideally in finance, project management, or a related industry.E-commerce Data(Amazon)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
Advanced Excel skills are beneficial.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable strategic insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, influencing and building relationships to achieve strategic goals.
