Keller Oaks is looking for an experienced MDS Coordinator with an ownership mentality.



* Full-time



* 3 Days of on-call per month

Qualifications:


* Current Texas nursing license - Registered Nurse (RN) or License Vocational Nurse (LVN)


* 2 years of MDS experience required


* Experience with PDPM required


* Ability to work independently as needed.
