AI/ML Program Manager for Platform Solutions - Vice President

As an AI/ML Program Manager for Platform Solutions within the AI/ML Solutions team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic AI/ML Platform features for CCB.

You will prioritize initiatives based on business goals and user needs, ensuring impactful solutions are delivered efficiently.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI/ML features that drive business success.

Your role will involve strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities:


* Engage, influence, and drive delivery of multiple initiatives with cross-functional, cross-product, and cross-line of business impacts.


* Collaborate with the Product Management Team to align on priorities and provide updates on delivery progress.


* Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize solutions to complex problems.


* Synthesize findings into customer-focused recommendations, business cases, and action plans.


* Present solutions to business partners and senior management.


* Adapt communication style for diverse audiences and management levels.


* Think strategically and tactically in an initiative leadership role.


* Ensure clear communication of initiative objectives and provide regular progress updates.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* 5+ years of strategic initiative management or similar experience.


* Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent experience.


* Foundational understanding of consumer business fundamentals (P&Ls, business cases, etc.).


* Literacy in AI/ML methods and tooling (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Databricks).


* Highly effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.


* Strong relationship building, influencing, and networking skills.


* Experience with an agile operating environment.


* Proven ability to navigate tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work.
