In this role, you'll draw on your people and process skills to manage the planning of strategic Enterprise Product Security priorities spanning our cybersecurity and global technology portfolio and impacting our EPS journey.

You'll establish ceremonies to support reporting on priorities and cross product initiatives ensuring relevant status, risks, and issues are managed.

You'll serve as the interlock with key stakeholders across the firm to help deliver the best possible results.

Job responsibilities


* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions


* Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals


* Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness


* Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team


* Coordinate across Enterprise Product Security product teams to ensure each product area maintains a published roadmap and have established appropriate processes to manage execution of their priorities


* Establish and operate product and leadership ceremonies across the Enterprise Product Security and broader Cybersecurity teams to support product planning and roadmap reviews
