Ridgeway Post Acute is looking for a passionate and inspiring Director of Staff Development (DSD) to join our leadership team.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a team leader who can set the tone for a positive, resident-centered culture.

Someone who's excited about coaching and mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal training requirements, and fostering ongoing professional growth in others.

Key Responsibilities:


* Coordinate and provide mandatory staff education and training


* Support onboarding and orientation of new hires


* Lead quality improvement initiatives related to staff development


* Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment


* Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs

Qualifications:


* Active California LVN or RN license


* DSD Certification required (or willing to obtain upon hire)


* Minimum 1 year of DSD or staff development experience preferred


* Skilled at motivating teams and creating a supportive learning environment
