Talent Sourcer - Recruiter

Job Description

IntelliSource is excited to hire a Senior Talent Sourcer/Recruiter for our partner's Talent Team group.

This person must be able to identify, attract, and hire the best talent in the world and flex into active sourcing for critical positions.

In this role, you'll identify and engage top talent for current and future hiring needs.

You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies that attract diverse, qualified candidates.

This is a contract position for a minimum of 3 months.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

• Proactively source and identify potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards, talent databases).

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs.

• Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate interest and alignment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Utilize data and sourcing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make improvements.

• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through targeted sourcing strategies.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.

What You'll Bring:



* 8+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related field


* Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.).


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).


* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.


* A passion for connecting people with opportunities and contributing to a positive candidate experience.
