Qualifications

Responsibilities -

The Business Analyst will develop and manage a clear and actionable backlog, guide feature design, act as a servant-leader to help accelerate the development team and communicate with the organization and customers about our products.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Agile Product Owner with strong writing, presentation, organizational, and empathy driven user experience design skills with a keen interest in data visualization, analytics, and usability.



* Identify, create, and facilitate changes by conducting business and process analysis at a complex level, focusing on quality deliverables and data management


* Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new enhancements to existing applications Define the scope of an actionable project in cooperation with key stakeholders


* Convey new technology innovation requirements to internal teams responsible for the delivery of these services Identify and guide innovations and enhancements


* Produce advanced presentations and technical documentation for an audience consisting of associates across various functions and levels of the business
